Alessandro is the hotel’s chef, a member of the Italian Chefs Federation and winner of the Collegium Cocorum in Rome. He represents Liguria in national culinary competitions, together with other chefs from the region. The chef offers to the guests his passion for cooking linked to the territory, offering typical dishes of the west Liguria made of aromas and flavors of our land.
